Vice President Portfolio Manager and Portfolio Manager
Our client requires your 5-7 years experience managing a secured credit portfolio of commercial, industrial and service industries. The loans range from working capital for raw materials, inventory finance, LBO, etc. You should be comfortable reviewing field audits, and other tools to maintain controls. You also should be prepared to write underwriting and loan documents to support extensions of credit. BBA, Accounting, Banking and Finance or Economics helpful.
Salary range to $150K.

Underwriter
You will be responsible for evaluating potential asset based lending transactions, and structuring and underwriting deals to maintain high asset quality and meet customer needs. This position requires that you work closely with the origination staff to pre-screen potential deals and provide prospects with timely feedback as to the viability of their credit requests. You will take ownership and lead of all aspects of credit process from proposal acceptance, through deal structuring, due diligence, and preparation and delivery of approval memoranda to senior management. Also, prepare and negotiate commitment letters and loan documentation and close deals in timely manner consistent with credit approvals.
Salary commensurate with experience.
